Noise Mitigation at Gas Compressor Station in Tamilnadu
Assessed boundary noise exceeding CPCB limits due to exposed radiator fans. Developed barrier designs using Fresnel method to achieve 55 dBA daytime and 45 dBA nighttime compliance.
Elevated Metro Noise Impact Study
Monitored metro train noise at track and structures/buildings along metro corridors; found road traffic dominant at most sites. Recommended no immediate mitigation except for isolated exceedance locations.
Underground Metro Vibration Impact Study
Developed RDSO-compliant methodology to measure and assess metro-induced vibrations on sensitive buildings. Provided mitigation design framework for vibration-sensitive sites.
Suction/Discharge Blower Noise Mitigation in a Ship
Measured high broadband noise from multiple shipboard machines, which were affecting operator communication. Recommended airborne and structure-borne noise control treatments.
Vibration Study on Transmission Shaft & Clutch Assembly
Investigated noise problem in gear. Found resonance between clutch plate and engine shaft at a particular frequency; suggested design modifications to eliminate resonance and noise.

Evaluated pump vibration and operational noise against ISO standards. Recommended balancing, alignment checks, and isolation measures to ensure smooth operation and extended service life.
